the inner life of a cell

the intricacy of an amazing process, what goes on in a cell.. I always find it incredible to think how far evolution has taken us; this is one cell, a living 'being' so complex and yet so small, invisible to the eye, 100 times smaller than 1 mm (10 µm).
By far my favorite thing is the mechanism of the actin/myosin process where you see the myosin marching along the strand of actin.. beautiful and almost unbelievable.
Maybe I'm getting carried away.
In any case a must-see.
